How to support Senryu
Senryu taiko is a self-sustained group which means that all of the funds we raise go towards spreading the art and culture of Japanese drumming to our community. We use our funds for buying and repairing equipment (drums, bachi, and costumes); transporting members to performances; and supplying other necessary gears to our members.

The most direct way to support us it venmo-ing us at @senryu-taiko. You can choose how to much you would like to send and leave any questions, comments, or concerns in the caption.

A indirect and continuous way to support us. You can add Senryu Taiko to smile.amazon.com, as a charity to your account! For the X amount you spend on amazon, amazon would donate Y amount to Senryu Taiko. (**Disclaimer: By adding Senryu Taiko as a charity on smile.amazon.com, it will bump up the tax price around 3%.)
Spring Concert
Senryu Taiko's annual spring concert showcases all the member's hard work over the year. Tickets can be bought online on our performances tab OR in person at the box office. Normal pricing is $8 for Students, $10 General, and $12 at the door! Box Office Hours are M-F 10AM-2PM.
Fundraisers
Senryu taiko holds a series of fundraisers throughout the school year. These can be virtual, like a social media bingo card, or in-person, like food stands. Announcements for current fundraisers will be posted on our social media and website so don't miss out!
Past Fundraisers
We teamed up with the HeadBand project (HPB) to help raise funds for providing front-line health care workers with headbands that relieve the stress of masks on their ears. We raised $700 in total and donated 75% of the profits to HBP.
Highlanders! Come visit us at the blue tents this Tuesday (4/30) from 11AM-2PM! We’ll be selling okonomiyaki again for $5, with an extra $1 for toppings. Don’t miss out on this savory Japanese twist on pancakes!
