The Japanese American Cultural & Community Center (JACCC) in Los Angeles will be hosting the 25th Annual Taiko Gathering on Sunday, August 19th. The mission of the Taiko Gathering is to bring together taiko groups from Southern California to share their taiko culture and meet other players. Senryu Taiko will be among the performing groups. Come and watch us perform!

This year will be the 11th annual concert where Senryu Taiko will be sharing pieces we have created throughout the years, from the earliest of our establishment to the newest and yet to be seen.

My name is Chelsey Calingo and I am the current Historian for the 2015-2016 year. I hope you like the new look of our website!
With the new website, we hope to bring you more content! Everything is also completely mobile friendly, so if you ever get the urge to see what performances we have in our lineup you can easily pull out your phone and check out our Performance Schedule. We’ve also added a new page on how to become a member of Senryu under the Members tab if you’ve ever been interested.
However, the website is still in the process of being updated, as you will see if you look under our Board of Directors and Core Members page.
